Working with existing project#

Basics of work#
This section outlines the fundamental steps involved in working with existing projects within the ParityVend Dashboard. It serves as a foundational resource to guide you through the process of accessing and modifying your projects with ease.
Opening a project#
To initiate the editing process, navigate to the ParityVend Dashboard and select the project you wish to modify. A dedicated workspace will open, providing you with access to all relevant settings and functionalities for making your desired changes.
Saving your changes#
Once you have completed your modifications, click the “Save” button located at the bottom of the page. This will permanently commit your changes to the project and return you to the main Dashboard. You can’t undone saved changes.
Cancelling your changes#
If you wish to discard your edits and revert to the previous state of the project, click the “Go Back” button located in the top left corner of the workspace. Select “Discard Edits” to confirm and return to the main Dashboard without saving your changes.

Access integration code#
To access the ParityVend No-Code integration code and view your API keys and

Access API keys#
From the main Dashboard, click on the “API” label in the navigation menu. This will open a dedicated window where you can locate the specific project you wish to manage. Within this window, you can view the project’s API keys and
testing_secret, as well as initiate the process of reissuing them if necessary.

Upon opening your project, you’ll be greeted by a familiar “Step 1” window, identical to the one encountered during project creation. Change custom CSS#

Change country groups#
Manage and modify your project’s country groups with ease by clicking the “Groups” label in the navigation menu. To temporarily suspend your project’s functionality, scroll to the bottom of the project window and click the “Deactivate” button. A confirmation prompt will appear; clicking “Deactivate” again will effectively pause your project.
Remember, deactivation stops the ParityVend API integration and halts banner display through ParityVend No-Code. Rest assured, you can reactivate your project at any time to restore its full functionality.
Reactivating a previously deactivated project is a straightforward process. Simply navigate to the bottom of the project window and click the “Reactivate” button. While reactivation might take up to a minute, your project will be fully operational and ready to use once the process is complete.
Deleting a project should be undertaken with caution, as it is a permanent action that cannot be undone. If you are certain you want to remove a project permanently, scroll to the bottom of the window and click the “Delete” button. A confirmation prompt will appear; clicking “Delete” again will permanently remove the project from your ParityVend account. Please exercise due diligence before deleting a project.
