Welcome to 4-Organizer Ultra

This guide walks you through every part of 4-Organizer Ultra, from first setup to everyday use. It's here to help you get the most out of the app quickly.

Choose your language

The first time you open 4-Organizer Ultra, pick the language you'd like to use.

Available languages: English, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Russian.
To continue: Select a language and tap Continue.

Getting to know 4-Organizer Ultra

A short set of welcome screens introduces the program's core features: sorting your files, cleaning your system, and speeding up your PC.

Moving forward: Tap Next at the bottom of each screen.
Skipping ahead: Want to sign in right away? Tap the 'Skip to authorization' button at the top of the screen.

Sign in or create an account

4-Organizer Ultra uses your Ambeteco account for activation. Click a button below to see how to proceed:

Create your account

An Ambeteco account keeps your license secure. Start by entering your name, email, and a password.

Take a moment to check your email address. You'll need it to receive your verification code in the next step.

Confirm your email

A pop-up shows the email address you entered inside a blue badge. Take a moment to check every letter.

The confirmation button waits a few seconds before it's ready, giving you time to catch any typos before moving on. Click the 'Yes, it's correct' button when you are ready.

Enter your verification code

Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from us. Type or paste it into the six boxes on screen.

No email yet? Make sure to check your Spam folder.
If the email does not arrive, wait for the timer, then tap to resend the code — or go back to fix a mistyped address.

Set up your license

Tell us about your license status to continue:

Choose a license

If you have more than one license, use the arrows to browse them.

Each one shows its details, including how many computers it covers and when it was created. Tap Select to link this computer to the license you'd like to use.

No active license found

If you don't have an active license, you'll see a screen with pricing options.

Let's set things up

Thanks for choosing 4-Organizer Ultra. In just a few short steps, you'll choose a theme and set up the automated features that keep your computer running smoothly.

Pick a look that suits you. Scroll through 22 backgrounds and tap the one you like best.

Preview your theme

Here's how your chosen background will look throughout the app.

Not quite right? Tap back to pick another. Happy with it? Scroll down and tap Next to continue.

Meet the AI assistant

4-Organizer's AI Assistant can greet you with a friendly message each time you open your computer, once per day. It's entirely up to you.

Turn it on or off: Use the toggle on the right.
See it in action: The card on the left shows a sample greeting.

Auto Scan AI & Resource AI

These work quietly in the background to clean, declutter, and speed up your computer — no manual scans needed. Just turn it on and let it take care of things.

Turn it on: Use the toggle to enable Auto Scan AI.
What it does: Keeps your computer clean and responsive, without you lifting a finger.

Deep Scan AI: Operation mode

Choose how Deep Scan AI removes junk files:

Auto-mode on: Junk files are removed automatically and safely, with no review needed. This is what we recommend for effortless, uninterrupted care.
Auto-mode off: You'll review every file yourself before anything gets deleted.

Your preferences, theme, and background settings are saved.

Tap Start using 4-Organizer Ultra to open the main dashboard.

Your dashboard

A clean, simple home screen with everything you need close at hand. You will see this screen each time you open 4-Organizer Ultra.

Get started: Tap the large START button in the center to run the program's most-used mode, Unique Scan.
Drag and drop: Drop any files or folders onto the dashboard to sort them in Custom Scan mode.
Menu: Tap the hamburger icon in the bottom-left to access configurations, statistics, settings, theme adjustments, rollbacks, and license details.
App info: Tap the info icon in the bottom-right corner to see support pathways and version details.

The side menu

Tap the menu button to open navigation shortcuts. From here you can access:

Rollback — view sorting history and undo actions.
Statistics — see space metrics and analysis graphs.
Settings — manage customization pathways, layout schemes, and language selectors.
License — display current activation seats and expiration dates.

Running as administrator

If you launch the app with administrator rights, you'll see a warning banner at the top of the window.

Running as administrator can stop drag-and-drop from working properly in Windows. For the best experience, use 4-Organizer Ultra as a standard user.

Start a unique scan

Unique Scan is the easiest way to keep your PC in shape. Tap the large START button on your dashboard to run the program's most popular mode, Unique Scan.

Choose what to run

Turn File Sort AI, Deep Scan AI, and Speedup AI on or off using the toggles on the left.

You can tap a technology's name to configure it. Tap Start to run the scan.

Choose which folders to sort

Pick which folders File Sort AI should organize:

Choose from Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Videos, and Music.
Turn off any folder you'd rather leave untouched.

Choose what Deep Scan AI cleans

Configure the cleaning. Settings are grouped into three areas:

System clean-up — clears cache, unnecessary files, and temporary folders.
Storage — removes empty folders and empties your Recycle Bin.
Privacy — clears browsing history, error logs, and cached app data.

Choose where to check for empty folders

Pick which folders Deep Scan AI should check for empty directories.

Turn any folder on or off. Don't worry — folders with hidden or important system files are never removed.

Pick how Speedup AI keeps your PC responsive.

Low-level speedup
Auto-optimize

While your scan runs

A progress bar shows you how far along your scan is.

A short message tells you what's happening, like "Starting up the AI engine..." or "Running File Sort AI".
Let the bar fill up completely before you continue, so everything finishes properly. Do not close the software while a scan is in progress.

Your results

Once your scan finishes, you'll see a summary:

The numbers: Files sorted, time taken, and space saved.
The details: Tap Download sorting report for a complete log of every change. You can save the report in HTML or TXT format.

Sort with drag and drop

Want to organize specific files or folders right away? Drag them from your desktop or file browser and drop them onto the dashboard.

Choose how to sort

Once you drop a folder in, choose how you'd like it organized:

Keep in current directory: Sorts files inside their existing folder. Great for USB drives.
Sort into system libraries: Moves files into your usual folders, like Documents, Pictures, or Videos.
Recursive mode: Turn this on to also sort files inside subfolders.

Review before you sort

See exactly where each file will go before anything moves:

Preview: Shows the file and its new folder.
Your choice: Tap Cancel to go back, or Run sorting to begin.

Undoing a sort

You can easily undo the sorting of any files that 4-Organizer has moved, using the Rollback feature. Click the menu button in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard to open the menu.

Tap Rollback to see a timeline of everything you've sorted.

Find what you sorted

Tap any entry to see what changed, and safely put those files back where they started.

Restoring your files

Opening an entry shows you exactly where your files are, and where they came from:

Compare locations: See the "Sorted Location" and "Original Location" side by side.
Restore what you need: Check the files you'd like back, then tap Undo selected at the top right.
Re-sort: Similarly, you can re-sort the files that have been undone.
Unavailable: If any files have become unavailable (for example, if they were renamed, moved, or deleted by you), 4-Organizer will list them under a separate section for your reference. When using removable devices such as USB flash drives or external HDDs, remember to make sure the drive letter (like F:, G:, E:, etc.) is the same as when you sorted files on them.

Settings

You can configure 4-Organizer Ultra to suit your preferences. Tap the three dots in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then click Settings to go to the main preferences.

General settings

Greetings: Let the AI Assistant show you warm greetings once a day when you open your computer.
Automation: Enable Auto Scan AI to enjoy a clean and decluttered computer without any manual effort from you.
Deep Scan AI mode: Let Deep Scan AI remove junk files on its own, without asking you first. If this is disabled, 4-Organizer will not be able to keep your PC clean automatically.

Every change here is saved automatically.

Customization

A few more ways to make the app your own, all from the Customization menu, including the sorting scheme, the program's theme, and more.

What each option does

Here's where each one takes you:

Configure sorting scheme opens your folder naming and structure options.
Change visual theme opens the background gallery.
Re-run welcome tour starts the setup wizard from the beginning.
Change interface language opens the language menu.

Getting to sorting schemes

Open Settings, then under Customization, tap Configure sorting scheme.

Choose a sorting scheme

Pick from four presets, each with a flat or nested option:

Styles: Normal, Compact, Simple, or Short.
Flat or nested: Flat keeps everything in one level; nested organizes files into subfolders.

Name your own folders

Want something more personal? Tap any folder name in the preview list to type your own. It's saved right away.

Review before deleting

Prefer to check things yourself before Deep Scan AI deletes anything? Open the menu, tap Settings, and turn off Deep Scan AI's Auto-mode.

Note that if you disable this option, Auto Scan AI will no longer be able to keep your computer clean automatically.

Choosing what to delete

With Auto-mode off, Deep Scan AI waits for you before removing anything:

Pick a category: Choose from temporary files, app cache, browser cache, and more, using the panel on the left.
Choose the files: Check the ones you want gone, then tap Delete selected items.

Set up Auto Scan AI

Decide exactly what Auto Scan AI does in the background. Tap START on your dashboard to begin.

Choose what runs automatically

Turn File Sort AI, Deep Scan AI, and Speedup AI on or off to match how you work. Tap any name to configure it.

Save your preset

Tap the save icon in the bottom-right corner to make these your default settings.

You'll see a quick confirmation. From now on, Auto Scan AI will use these settings whenever it runs in the background.

Your statistics

See exactly what 4-Organizer Ultra has done for you, spread across six pages:

Page 1: Total files sorted and space reclaimed.
Page 2: Hours of manual sorting saved.
Pages 3–4: Your most common destinations and file types.
Pages 5–6: Junk removed and naming conflicts resolved.

Manage your license

This is where you manage your account and your data:

License Management and Machine Manager open your account tools in your browser.
Logout, Full reset, Reset statistics, and Reset rollbacks manage what's stored on this computer. These are service options, which are not normally needed for regular operation.

About 4-Organizer Ultra

Tap the info icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard for version details, open-source credits, and ways to reach support.
